Thank you for the two answers I got! Can I get another opinion? I've heard two opinions-
1. Unfair to me.
2. Seems around fair.

Can I get some clarification on that? ^^ And what I could do to make it fair?

List-wise you don't need to add anything. an reasonable overpay on your side.
it really just depends how much the other person values the pets demand wise

I believe the '10 rare would need to be changed to another '09 rare, or another '10 rare should be added.

It's unfair to the holly. The hollies are being grouped with the nons at the moment. The gap between a flower and a non is a green toxic. The joker bun is a few tiers below the green tox. They would need a balloon to fill the gap.
