I definatly see the difference. it's kind of off-setting. Maybe it's just a funky optical illusion.

Ciriun wrote:"Boy" eyes are done, but certainly a Teamaid of either gender can still use either set of eyes. I've got a new pose in the works that should be ready for critique soon. I haven't had much luck making a different face shape, but I can keep trying. So far no tail changes.

Is there anyone here who voted for different cups? If so, what did you want to be different about them?

On the topic of flipping Teamaids, I'm finding they look a little odd when flipped. I think its the weighting of the lines and shading. I took one of my old drawings from when the species was still a WIP and gave it a flip, so you can decide for yourselves if it looks good.

I find one of the bangs looks poofier and the tail looks thinner, especially the fin. But they are the exact same image, just flipped horizontally. Does anyone else see it?

Yes, I'm not sure it's quite...right.

Having looked into it, apparently what I should have been doing was flipping the art while I was working on it and correcting for this exact problem. Oops. ^^;

I will see if I can get the males looking good flipped, but as it stands I'm not going to promise that. It's going to come down to both final appearance and how much it affects the compatibility with existing Teamaid parts. But I should at least ask, which do you all value more? Interchangeable parts available to both genders, or having the males flipped in respect to the females?

Interchangeable parts would definitely make your job easier, so I'm happy to go with whatever you want to do

^^; I'm trying not to be too lazy, but I personally like the idea of letting people choose exactly how masculine or feminine their Teamaid is. If the parts are all easily interchangeable, that means that someone could for instance have a Teamaid with "boy" eyes, the more rounded "girl" cup, one hand under the chin and the other left dangling.

The hard part will be figuring out how to fit all of those options in a single form. x-X

I just got my first teamaid! Meet Bean

I think people should have the option of either long or short hair on custom Teamen (or teamales, idk.)
I also think that one arm should be resting om the rim of the tea cup, like this:
Image
(Characters belong to their respected owners)
And their chin on the other hand (like the teamaids)
I also think that yes, the tails should be different and so should their jaw, and maybe you can add the option of a shark tail?
And maybe he can visible gills and visible sternocleidomastoid if you can see the neck. And maybe smaller eyes with no eyelashes?
And maybe make it so you can see their pex?

Also you should add a nursery

I think that if flipping them means that parts aren't interchangeable that they shouldn't be flipped.
