"Gingerpaw, would you like to come hunting with me?" Cloudstorm asked.

Foxstar padded out of her den. She looked over at Yarrowleaf adding a fat, plump rabbit to the fresh kill pile. "Nice catch, Yarrowleaf!" She purred.

Gingerpaw said,"ok cloudstorm let go!"

[Time Traveler]

Cloudstorm led his apprentice into the forest. "Show me your hunters crouch," he mewed when they got there.

Gingerpaw crouched down leveling herself out and keeping her tail still just above the ground.

"Very good," Cloudstorm meowed. "Can you scent any prey?"

Gingerpaw said,"I smell a sparrow."

"Good, now try to catch it," Cloudstorm mewed. "Remember, you must not make a sound, because the sparrow will fly away."

Gingerpaw nodded and began to creep forward. She finally saw the sparrow four fox lengths away from where she had crept from. She crept forward till she was pouncing distance away. She caught and killed the sparrow.
