Aurelia (the plural has no 's' and is simply Aurelia) are creatures that are mixes between some sort of fluffy animal and deer.
They are not particularly exotic, and were discovered in forests and plains and almost anywhere that is inhabitable by deer
or fluffy animals. In time, they became renowned as excellent pets that mostly kept to themselves and could take care of
themselves, thus becoming a household pet. They are a deer-like animal with a large, fluffy tail, the origins of which have
still proved to be mysterious.

However, what IS exotic about the Aurelia is that it appears there ARE more exotic Aurelia among them, Aurelia that firstly
look different from their normal counterparts and secondly are furnished with some small powers here and there (there was
once observed a rather odd little Aurelia whose tail was a tree, and when the Aurelia shook this tail the tree sprinkled
snow onto the ground). These powers are not exciting or particularly great, but they are interesting. The more exotic
Aurelia are far rarer.

Aurelia usually grow in just two stages--baby and adults. However, certain Aurelia are released/grown with an extra stage--a juvenile or teen stage. This stage marks an Aurelia as a PPS, so it cannot be grown up.

Aurelia eat a variety of things, and are omnivores. They have a strange hate for most fruit, although they have an intense love of peaches and mangoes. There is no speculation as to why they do this. As always, individuals vary, and some Aurelia may like most fruit and hate peaches and mangoes. Aurelia are also meat-eaters, and eat smaller animals like mice and the occasional bird.
