I have a question for everyone, for those of you with significant others, do you have a ship name for yourselves? My boyfriend and myself use "Kames"..

Oh and guys I need some advise, so I have this friend named L and she's dating a guy called C, but the guy I like who were going to call S likes L. He told her before, but she had friend-zoned him and then started dating C. I've only recently started liking S and he seems interested because he always talks to me but I'm not sure because we've always been friends. So my question is, should I tell my friend L that I like S? Or do you guys think I should keep it to myself?

Do you guys believe in the whole 'opposites attract' thing?

To me, it depends on the people. For example, I tend to very stubborn, and I could not have another person that is stubborn because then we would argue a lot and neither of us would want to admit to doing wrong, so in cases like that I think opposites would be the best. However, I do believe that you need something in common, it does not need to be an awful lot, but as you said you will not be able to talk to them much and also that could lead to arguments as well. I think the best would be if you could find someone in the middle, opposites where needed and similarities where there's not. For me, need someone who is as friendly and fun as me, has a good sense of humour and listens well like me but also needs to be easy going to even out the stubborn thing.

So my question is, should I tell my friend L that I like S? Or do you guys think I should keep it to myself?

I'm not sure. Friend L might tease you a little (mine have about past crushes). I guess it depends on how close you are to friend L. If you are like BFFs I would tell friend L, but if you are only sort of friends with friend L I wouldn't. Sorry I probably wasn't much help!

Im really confused
I have this guy best friend whom I met on the first day of highschool
We were seatmates then
I was so shy and won't talk to anyone unless they talked to me first
And thats when he came
He just turned to face me and then started talking to me
We became friends not too long
He would squeeze my arm, squeeze my cheeks
He even said that he missed me when I was absent
During 2nd quarter our seats were changed
But in 3rd quarter we were seatmates again
At first he would only talk to the person beside me
As if i didn't exist
And damn that hurt
But after a few days he would talk to me like before
During our intrams was what confused me the most
I know he does not like me (he never mentioned it though)
After we won our volleyball match he came up to me and placed an arm around my shoulders and whispered Congratulations to me
After that he hugged me

My feelings for him may cause me more pain than before
Help?...
I want to know what you guys think of him and what he thinks of me..

Ok. He sounds awesome, that's what I think of him. Also it sounds like he likes you, and if not, he wants to be friends with you. Also I had a situation like this, but.... Never mind. Anyway, one thing you could do is make friends with one of his friends, then ask them if they know how he feels/ what he thinks of you. If your friends know about this, I would definitely ask them first if they think he likes you.

In regards to opposites attract; I guess it depends on the specific traits. I mean yeah with being stubborn you need someone who isn't because that's going to cause arguments but having a chauvinist date a feminist really won't work lmao.

Like one of the men I went on a date with said (in regards to body clocks), you kind of have to be on the same wavelength with life, whether it be your body clock (night owl vs early bird), whether you want to get married/have kids, etc.

So, me and D broke up a week or two ago. He broke up with me, for the second time. I'm not that effected, as we didn't really do anything together like normal couples did. But, the thing that bugged me, is in second period two days ago, B saw me and D laughing about something, and she said "You guys should date again." I shrugged, but D said "Ew,no.." And, that kind of hurt me. Like, now I feel ugly because he said 'Ew.'

Later, on the bus, me and G were talking, and he said he knew someone who liked me, and I knew them. He told me it was B. I don't know if I like B like that, maybe just as a friend...

So, now I'm still feeling ugly, because of what he said... Am I a baby for letting that get to me?

Personally, I don't think you're a baby for letting that get to you.
I still kinda-sorta speak with my ex, and people have suggested we get back together but he responds with the same thing. ^^'
I don't really take it to heart, but it does still kinda hurt.
