"And what am I to do if you keep running away? To another clan no less." This cat was outspoken, not along the lines of crazy but certainly unstable at the moment. "I can't keep trying to fix this if you're only going to disappear." Was it pity or his own sadness? He wasn't someone worth being with, yet it wasn't about him in the end.

Splashfrost felt her neck fur rise. "Are you going to stop me? No, cause you could careless!", she hissed claws unsheathed. "You don't try to do much anything, helping at the least. I'd rather be on my own for eternity in Seaclan then be with you in Waterclan.", she snarled. Those last words stung, as it was a lie, but she wouldn't admit it.

"Exactly... It doesn't matter what I want, even if I want you here with me and your brothers because you just said it. You'd rather be there then who am I to control you for my selfish reason?" He meows, blinking slowly. She didn't seem to understand he was putting her before himself, maybe she didn't take that as affection.

Splashfrost felt her fur flatten slightly, and her claws retract. "I-I don't know. Adderstrike will be fine but Stripedfang is always going to miss me...", she says, feeling her shoulders sink.

"Oh please, Adderstrike would think about you everyday. Firestar would never forgive me for letting you get away, much less himself. Lots of cats care about you, not just me. Stay for them if no one else." He hoped she was calming down a bit, but it was hard to tell.

Splashfrost shook her head. "Firestar, Stripedfang, Viperfang, Cherryblossom, and Doeeyes would, but they are kin. I don't think they count in this case."

"Of course they count, they feel too don't they? They still love you, you're their family." His eyes dart back and forth a bit, wondering if he'd have to swallow his pride for the sake of a good warrior. "Besides, I don't want you to leave either... It wouldn't be the same without you."

Splashfrost seemed to ignore his effort in saying something unknown to her. "Firestar and Stripedfang would miss me most... Or would Adderstrike even care?"

He pauses, wondering if he'd opened up an old wound between the siblings for a moment. Though Adderstrike was like himself, more confined and closed off that didn't mean he wouldn't miss her. He decided to keep quiet for a moment, letting her think herself through.

Splashfrost gazed at Thistleheart. "Adderstrike isn't that good brother. Viperfang named him for a snake like himself because at a young age they are, well, snappy.", she explained. "He hates Stripedfang, and envys my name. I was named for the great Splashpuddle, Viperfang and Cherryblossom's mother, Rushingstar's deputy."
