Shun looked down at the railing he was behind, clenching it tightly with his fists as he shook. Why were they blaming him for somebody's murder? Why would they call him a killer? Why would they say that it was his hands that killed Akito? Who were they to judge him just because he had another aspect to his personality, another side of his coin that could actively control his body? How could he handle this situation calmly when almost everybody was against him? Shun stopped shaking, calming down in a manner that they would now be likely to see coming. His hair fell over his right eye, leaving only one to be shown. As he raised his head, it became evident there was a lack of warmth behind those eyes. When he spoke again, Shun's voice was cold and unflinching. It was the exact opposite of the man he had been moments before. "So I exist. What of it? Just because there are two sides to a man doesn't mean he's a killer. If what you claimed was Shun's motive is true, then why would I care about killing? His family means nothing to me. All I ever asked for, all I ever existed for, was the fight. I wouldn't have gotten a fight out of a hacker. They're all talk and no game, always hiding behind their computers like scared little children. If I was going to kill someone, it would have been Ryouko or Ayato. They would have at least given me a challenge. They would've lost, but at least it wouldn't have been boring. So I ask you now. Where is the proof that I killed that hacker?"

Kiluto was angry of the group talking about someone's reversi for no reason , even though they need to know why Mordecai knows it , it doesn't have anything to do with the murder.STOP! We should really just discuss about something important , not something unimportant , I don't have interest to know someone's reversi anyway. And , you know , Monokuma could have time limits of when we can discuss , if he did , we should already be discussing the murder , not someone's reversi.

Aki glared at Shun, or should I say Reversi, and muttered, "Jerk." She hated the fact that he thought he could trash talk Akito while he wasn't her. "Why don't you shut up. It isn't very polite to talk about someone while they're not here. Especially, if they happen to be dead," she said. She looked straight into his eyes, willing him to make another comment. "But you wouldn't know your manners, after all. Your just another fighter," she said shrugging. She wanted to tick Reversi off, just because of his choice of words when describing her twin.

Kioku looked around at everyone accusing eachother and getting angry with one another. "Guys.. If we keep fighting like this we won't get anywhere. We haven't really made any progress in the case at all. So what if Shun has a reversi? That's not what we're trying to figure out here!" She said. She let out a small sigh and brushed her bangs out of her face.

Misaki let her eyes wander around the group, carefully studying each persons face. As David's name was brought up by Ryouko, her crimson eyes landed on him. That did bring up a good point. She had noticed someone leave rather quickly, but hadn't put the pieces together just yet. That didn't, however, explain the bruises on each vital point obviously created by fists. "Where exactly did you run off to, David?" she asked, crimson eyes now glaring daggers in his direction as she watched every motion he made, everything he did. If there was some sort of movement he made that could possibly show he was lying, she'd find it.

Narrowing his eyes, Ayato glanced at Shun and shrugged his shoulders. "First off, I could easily take you, you big lug. Second off, don't think you're off the hook just yet. Street Fighter does sound rather suspicious, eh? However, David seems pretty suspicious, as well." narrowing his eyes, he turned his violet orbs in David's direction. "I, myself, saw you leave the theatre. You seemed, how do i put this, pretty angry. So, what exactly did you see on that screen of yours? Your precious family, murdered before your eyes? Their blood splattered across the screen? Did their screams pierce your ears?" he smirked a bit, obviously trying to push something out of him.

Mordecai then realized he had been accusing quite possibly the wrong person. "Also, why, David, I thought your family meant nothing to you! Would you want to kill all of a sudden just to find out about your family who you didn't even care about?" Mordecai asked, grinning, it may have been small, but he felt on the top of his game again. "Yet, did I not just say about his split personality? Hm? You see now David, my facts were indeed not false. You're awfully fast to already accuse me of associating with the murder already, aren't you? Like Shun was doing before, lashing back and making assumptions before resuming, just to be safe. It seems to me we've wrapped up your case here for the most part, Shun. Now David, as you were saying, would you like to continue to accuse others for something you're guilty of? Or would you just like to play it safe?" He asked, his hands now out of his pockets and into fists by his sides. Mordecai was frustrated and confused, but he didn't want to seem as if he was guilty just yet, or if he lost his game. There was several things he hated, but one of the things he hated most was losing it. Knowing that his contradictions were useless, he didn't want to give up now. Mordecai wanted this, he wanted them to remember this trial as his only mistake until the future. Mordecai brushed his hair from out of the near corner of his hair and looked straight at David. "You're awfully small to talk high and mighty about yourself. You should probably learn from mistakes that were already made." He replied, his voice deeper and "scarier" in a way then before.

The brute stopped his pointing towards Mordecai, dropped his head, his bangs covering his face, and slanted slightly. "You guys sure seem desperate to know about me, don't you?" He questioned them, but also grew a smirk on his face, his pearl white teeth shining. "Let me say this in a calm action, no?" With his finish, he shot his face up, his eyes looking calm. "I'll admit it. I murdered Akito Kurone. The ultimate Hacker." He responded, not wanting to respond to any bodies saying to him. Annoying little yappers, aren't they?! He thought, his smirk still showing. Geeze. It's like they're stalking me. "You wanna know more? I do care about them."

She took a step back. Grunting. He was so serious, like it was no big deal. "So ultimately you wanted to place the blame on me, correct?" She rose a brow, looking at David furiously. She took a few deep breaths. "I feel like i'm an easy target. I could be blamed for all of this. " She looked at the ground and crossed her arms. Trying to hide the fact that rather bothered her. Ryoshi was quite surprised by David's reply. Admitting he killed him. He stepped backwards and was kind of shaking. He was in a room with a murderer. How could that.. how could someone even do that. He blinked.

Aki looked at David in surprise. He's admitting to killing my brother?!, she thought, becoming very confused. It could have just been bluff and he could be trying to make the trial more "interesting" as they say. Or, he could actually be the murderer and try to get any and all suspicion off him by admitting a stupid thing. She didn't know what to think, "You really killed my brother?" she asked, looking down. "Why? Why him?" she asked quietly.
