hhh new characterr

I was gonna make an adoptable
but I got attached to her //shot
She isn't going to always be in anthro form either eyy
just felt like drawing an anthro
wasn't sure about the lower body rules, since there wasn't any genitalia, but still upper leg lines so I put bubbles there ye
Decided her name is Lucy, after hearing what Icy named her sister, Bonnie <3
