Alexa stared at Iris, gently pulling away and out of her grasp. "I think I'm going to walk around a bit before I go inside," She said, her mind dwindling on the one person she wanted to see. Giving her friend an encouraging smile she gestured towards the door, "Go inside. I just want to be alone for a bit, walk around, get some fresh air. I promise I'll be back before you know it." Lexi said already beginning to back up and away from the house in the direction she needed to go.

"Totes, right girl," He said with a twirl for effect. Hearing her description he rolled his eyes. "Yeah, uh, sure, honey." He teased. "I guess we are on the same boat then." Quintan stated. Hearing Chase's suggestion he laughed a loud, deep laugh. "Damsel in Distress? More like your dream boy, sweety." He commented as they walked along. He followed Chase in step, jumping over the log with complete ease and landing softly. "Nice comparison, Einstein." He smirked. "Hey, I impress without trying. It's just something I do naturally." He said with a shrug and smug grin. The sound of food made him walk maybe a bit faster. "Yeah, pie and Latte's sound fantastic." He commented with a nod.

Niko felt himself be pushed off and saw in the corner of his eye September take off, followed by the second man. He was about to go after her when the tall man in front of him stared him down, holding a gun. He swallowed, blood dripping from his lips, "At least I can still love," He hissed, blood trickling from the corner of his lips. As soon as he had said that, he regretted it. He could have used that time to attack or flee, but instead he had to be cocky. Pain spiraled through Niko's shoulder and he cried out in pain, but the pain slowly left, being numbed by anger and adrenaline. As he slowly walked forward he could feel his sense growing stronger, but hid mind growing foggy, his eyes turning blood red. "I'm a monster, right?" He asked in a demonic voice. "A monster, I might as well play my part." He said before jumping forward and onto the man, digging his fangs into his neck and clawing at his chest, feeling flesh come free from bone and blood spraying.

Sucking in the cool night air, he looked up again, stretching his muscles to loosen them up. "Sounds good. You can come over tomorrow morning if you want." He said, "But, just as a warning, my house is chaotic and really small, so please be aware of that." He said with a light chuckle.

If we're gonna be on a boat, it's going to be like that movie 'Life of Pi' and one of us-not saying any names will be kicked off into the water and get eaten by sharks." Chase smiled. Arching an eyebrow, Chase looked at Quintan,"Nuh-uh Prettyboy, I disagree. My dreams died a long time ago. The two were getting closer to the town, just a few more rows of dark pine trees and they'd reach the road to civilization. Chase nodded, for once agreeing with Quintan,"Mmhmm, and they're one of the few food places that stay open 24 hours a week." She added, emerging out on the cement, stepping onto the sidewalk swiftly. "What's your favourite flavor of pie? I like apple." Chase asked randomly, hands balled in the back pockets of her jeans.

"My family and I always had blueberry pie, or at least from what I remember." He said, thinking back to his dad. His father always loved blueberries and blueberry pie, so they always had some in the house. Ever since he died, though, everything's changed.

Rolling her golden hued eyes, Chase held doubtful smirk, "Swooning isn't what I'd call it, Prettyboy. They're probably all a bunch of magic believers assuming your their Fairy Godmother." She explained. Throwing her hands up, Chase said "Geez, I'm kidding! Pi and the tiger lived." She muttered defensively. "I can't say anything about the other animals, though..." she added, trailing off quietly.
Pursing her lips Chase looked straight ahead, "Yup." She admitted quietly, ashamed of herself as she rubbed the back of her neck with her hand. Immediately, her thoughtful demeanor vanished and replaced with a smile; changing the subject, "I beg to differ." She replied casually, putting her hand back down. Kaei nodded, "Alright!" He rushed over to the living room to get one of his bags, the one with clothes in it, and went upstairs. It took him a while, but, he chose grey skinny jeans and a pink pullover sweatshirt with pink Vans to match. Pullovers and skinny jeans were all his wardrobe consisted of, really. The only thing that was different was the color. Then, he went into the bathroom. He washed his face and straightened his hair using Kasey's hair straightener. Finally, he was done. Before he went back downstairs, he cleaned up the mess he made while getting ready. He hopped downstairs and grinned, "I'm ready!"
