Dragon Pulse

The All-Tier banned Mega Rayquaza.

I love this guys mega design one of the best mega designs, Hes by far one of the strongest pokemon i know of, able to one shot a lvl 80 Deoxys with his powerful Dragon Ascend move.

Rayquaza being one of my favorite legends doesnt help it either.

Timer doesnt lie worked hard on this, plus suffering form art block.
