Snake dropped his two leg pouch in front of him as he sat. What did he want to say first?
He thought, his sickness. "I'm sick, Dark." He said little emotion in his voice "I can't sleep
without Chamomile.. If I don't have that every night, I die." He mewed, his ears rotating
again "I only have three more years to live.. Then it takes over, and kills me." He said with
a nod "And that's not it..." He felt terrible leaving this bad news, and that he had more.

Lakewave watched mysterious as she saw Darkstar with a rogue. She had no idea who the rogue was. Perhaps a friend of Darkstar's? Her curiosity was spreading to her. She got to her paws and silently padded far but near enough to hear Darkstar and the rogue. Her ears flicked for a conversation. But then she heard Darkstar call for a border patrol. She hid in bushes nearby so she couldn't be chosen to go. She again flicked her ears for a conversation. She hoped her scent was hidden. She gasped as she heard.

The calico tom had finally finished sorting his herbs. Cobwebs with cobwebs, borage leaves with borage leaves, and many other herbs together in their own space. He let out a sigh of relief and slouched down with tiredness to the ground. ''I do need an apprentice..'' he whispered to himself.

Hawkpaw nodded and licked her ear slightly to show his appreciation for her trying to cheer him up. He let out a playful growl and waited. Letting her pounce on him and try to pin him down. He lashed his tail from side to side.

Badgerclaw got up and headed towards the Stormclan border. His eyes narrowed as he started to pick up the scents of the strange cats. He let his paw steps lighten, making certain that he was going to be undetected. As he neared the border, he picked up the scents of two she-cats and a tom, whose scent he didn't recognize. He crossed the border and headed straight into the clan territory. Silently and with a purpose.

I dipped my head slightly to the tom, eyeing him warily. He seemed nice enough, but looks were often deceiving. "You are welcome as long as you don't overstay your visit or cause harm to our clan. If you want to stay the night, don't be offended if we post a guard on you." I filed after Raincloud, and eventually we reached camp. I flicked my ears toward the conversation, picking up on the fact that this cat was in fact Darkstar's friend. When Darkstar dismissed me, I hesitated, throwing a few last glances to the toms. Finally I decided that I simply had to hear, and I followed them quietly. If they took the time to look, they likely would smell me, but I didn't care, I just wanted to know what was going to happen. I hesitated at listening into the leader's den, but I did it anyway, crouching down and picking up on snippets of conversation.

Brackenpelt yawned, padding out of the warriors den. With a nonchalant flick of her long tail, she padded over to a quiet spot to groom herself. She regarded Snake with curiosity. Who could he be? Is it my buisiness?

Thrushfeather was by the freshkill pile, trying to decide if he should eat something now or go hunting on his own. He was hungry, but he supposed he could leave the freshkill that was here to the other cats and go out to hunt. I wonder if anyone else wants to hunt. Maybe I could join a patrol.

"Dark..." He trailed off "I found Shadow..." Snake thought back to the image
of the young warrior tom cat he'd found at the abandoned two leg place. He
showed no emotion, but inside, he wanted to cry "it didn't look natural...
Claw marks raked his body, his claws were unsheathed... Blood was on his
claws and, his matted pelt blood stained it and matted it even more... And a
scar was upon his throat and face... I don't think it was a badger or fox.. He'd
been dragged, but the blood and scent was stale.. Of course this looked like
a long time ago, because the blood was a black and his body and eyes were
white... He had vines and grass over growing him.. And a flower had formed
on top of him..." Snake said. " I put dirt over him.. I'm sorry Dark.." He mewed
His head lowered in pure sadness now.

Lakewave frowned as she secretly heard the rogue's lost. ''Poor cat...'' she whispered to herself and shuffled in the thick bush. She gulped as noise from her escaped the bush. She prayed to starclan the cats couldn't hear or scent her. She then went still with balance as a paw was stuck on the bush's thick branch full with small leaves.

She took note on the mysterious loner, evidently named Snake, enter the camp behind one of the other warriors. She watched how Darkstar greeted him with kindness and friendliness. They must know each other, how she didn't know but if Darkstar was okay with him then so was she. She perked her ears as she heard him mention a border patrol. She wondered who would lead it. She waited for someone to step up so she could offer to accompany them. She could do it but she preferred to be asked to do it so she didn't seem power-crazed or anything, although she wouldn't she just wanted to be safe. She also really didn't mind either way honestly just so long as the patrol leader wasn't one of the more bossy cats in which the clan had.

"I swear to you olds friend, there are about thee spies listening into this conversation... "
Snake said with a smirk "Very interesting, but doesn't that make you feel unsafe?" He
chuckled with a tail flick, hiding his sadness with a smile.

I twitched my ear as I heard a brush near me rustle. Narrowing my eyes, I tasted the air and detected the faint scent of Lakewave. Stalking over to the area I heard the noise from, I spotted her caught in the bush. Hissing quietly I murmured, "don't try to explain being here to me. I assume we're here for the same reason. I'll help you get out of this." I bit at the sticks, maneuvering her paw out of the tangle and then stalking back to my original position. That cat, Snake apparently, went through some terrible loss. I then heard the hiss about three spies from Snake. I grimaced, and turned to Lakewave, and hissed, "go, I'll take all the blame for this," then I stood up and meowed softly into the den. "It ought not make him feel unsafe when he both knows I am here and should trust me. Of course, I do formally apologize for listening in, I truly don't know what has come of me. But I would hope that you would be able to trust me with the information in the first place, however rude my spying may be. Interestingly though, it's not spying, more blatant curiosity, when coming from a friend. "
