Sweat beads, like ones that roll off your forehead when you're nervous, or the kinds flying off comically, like so:

If it were the latter I would make one item consisting of four or five of those drops and make them a ring so they would be slightly smaller or larger depending on the species.

What about items that the dogs(and maybe other pets) can stand on?

Like some of the items now have oddly shaped holes in them to accommodate the pet's legs and tails and faces and stuff. Well, there could be things like that for them to stand/sit on. Such as clouds, surfboards, rugs, pillows, etc.

Just throwing an idea out there. I tried searching it, sorry if it was already suggested. :3

Kevlar helmets
Webbing/Alice packs

Military berets (OD green, black, red, navy blue, UN Peacekeeping blue)

Emergency Services clothing

Fire hat, coat, pants, fire extinguisher
Police uniform, and a hat, maybe a whistle and some handcuffs?

Like in Pokemon, the everstone (forgot its name XD) prevents a pokemon from evolving, right?
How about a special item, like a scarf or sticker, that pervents the pet from changing into an adult? Confusing, And I know this wont get accepted, but I wanted to get it off my mind now

Not everyone here is American, hun, and it'd be kind of hard to make every countries military into an item.
