Looking at her and breathing in. I never felt like this to anyone. "I like You Destiny." I said in a confident strong voice. Destiny was the one who made me feel the butterflies in my stomach, just made me happy. I didnt need to know her to be devoted and willing to do the impossible. I watch Destiny with patience as her responce had a good side... and then their was rejection.

Destiny had a worried look on her face, but let her face ease up after she knew he was okay. Then she grinned again. "I like you too, Shepard! We connect so well." Jasper smirked again as the girl dropped her cigarette and stepped on it. He knew she would stop smoking in front of him because Jasper had that effect on people. If he didn't like something, people wouldn't do it. He was just like that. He doesn't mean to sound cocky "So are we going on a date?" He asked the girl, drinking the rest of his coffee. He glanced up at the sky as the snow slowly fell.

I smile at her, despite her innocence, I'd leave it like that, friends for now. Glancing down with a smile and then back to her. Looking outside at the falling snow and grey clouds. I got up and turned off the lits,leaving the whole store in darkness. Grinning he lit a few candles that he usually read in after hours. Grabbing one of the small mint candies from the tiny bowls beside the regisr and held it out for her, taking another for myself.
