Samantha O'Brien is a hipster. She only goes by Sam. If you call her Samantha, she is your mortal enemy. She lives life on edge, taking risks. She loves to skateboard. But, Sam has had a hard life. Her father left her when she was 3. Her mother died of cancer when she was 7. She went to an orphanage for 6 years. Then, she got adopted by Debra O'Brien and Dan O'Brien. They showed her much love, and she proved to be a loving friend, if you were able to become one.

Sam walked silently, eyes scanning the trees in the park. She brushed back her orange-red hair, fixed her round sunglasses, and fixed her Fedora. She saw a bench and sat down. Sam closed her eyes, quietly thinking for her past.
