I think people are getting a little stingy with their PSes. People hardly ever gift anymore.

ahhh well they should you should keep your favorites and when you find someone i need of a PS (a newbie or someone who REALLY loves it) you should gift! either
1. stock up on PS's to gift
2. dont get PS's from litters
3. get your favorite PS's you'll love from litters
and i think people are still gifting, just there hasnt been a real need right now. but with the SS people will totally join! <33

I feel like a hoarder since I have so many PS'es xD That's why I'll just be gifting someone on the SS- not accepting a gift in return .3.
