The Slytherin nodded, meeting her hand roughly with his calloused one. "Es un placer conocerte! (It's a pleasure to meet you!) Leo Valdez, at your service." He answered after shaking her hand politely, then returned to tinkering with his half finished project. However, he didn't want to seem rude, so Leo smiled again. "What House are you in?"

"Nice to meet you too, and I'm a hufflepuff, this will be my sixth year," Kaylee replies, "What about you?" She asks, curiously, she hadn't seen him around before. Her hand was calloused too from years of playing music.

Hope laughed and said "I'll take the same, plus four chocolate frogs!" Hope loved sweets as well.

"I love sweets but i absolutely hate chocolate."She said laughing at her strange taste buds.

As he wandered down the corridor, he muttered to himself under his breath. He had almost missed the train, and so he was struggling to find an empty seat. He would glance into compartments, but many of them were all full. He heaved a sigh and continued his search. He'd rather not stand the whole way.

Lexie looked up and saw someone pass her compartment, she gets up from her seat and slides the door open, "This compartment's empty if you're looking for a seat" she said to the boy who was passing

When a voice behind him called out, he paused, glancing back. He turned to head back that way, slipping inside the compartment with a small smile. "Thanks." Sitting in the nearest empty seat, he glanced at the window before turning his attention to the other student. "I'm Mason," he greeted simply, holding out a hand to shake.

"Lexie, nice to meet you" She replies, shaking his hand, briefly glancing down so she could memorize the page number before closing the book. "Looking forward to this year at hogwarts?" She asks, trying to make conversation with him. Hopefully make a friend this year.

"Good to meet you," he answered, leaning back in his seat once his hand was released. "Of course. Year six promises to be a good one. What house are you?" he asked curiously.

"Ravenclaw," Lexie replies honestly, she was proud of her house. "What about you? What house are you in?" she asks, curiosity in her tone, as her cat climbed into her lap, and was purring quite loudly.
