She was still staring at her belly, and didn't seem to notice his arrival.

"You know, belive it or not, Cicadawing has come to visit the kits every day since you had to leave the camp." He looked over at her, "I think he cares more about them then he says he does."

She snorted. "That's not what I'm concerned about, I know he loves his kits. He loves you to."
She added solemly. "I just wish he'd show it more." She whispered to herself, closing her eyes.
"Anyways, if I can't go back to camp, then give me the herbs and get out the den before I
infect you to." She said mockingly, looking up with narrowed eyes.

F O X T U F T

The tom gently sat beside her, looking over with his pale green eyes, waiting for the she-cat to
catch his scent, twitching his whiskers with a grin.

[MoshiMoshi~]

Soulpaw nodded, dropping the bundle of herbs a bit too harshly, "I'll come check on you tomorrow." And with that, he left the den.

Sandcloud looked up at him, her expression not changing, "Have you come to deny that you're the father?" She mewed solemnly.

The she-cat growled at him on his way out, and swatted the herbs across her make-shift den's
floor. he snorted, clawing at the ground. "Mouse-brained tom." She hissed, standing up, her fur
spiked to the point of making her look like a thorn bush. "If he doesn't want me here, I'll leave."
She grumbled, slipping out of the den and heading to the large river that marked the territory's
end of boundaries.

The tom chuckled, nuzzling the she-cat. "I came back to apologize for the stupid mistake I made."
He purred under her, licking her neck as he rubbed his cheeks against her fur.

[MoshiMoshi~]

She stepped back a bit, surprised, "You mean... you'll father these kits?"

F O X T U F T

Foxtuft snorted. "Of course I will, but not just for our kits." He mewled gently, licking her ear
affectionately. "For both of us." He whispered, smiling.

B A T P A W

Batpaw flicked his tail crossly, snorting as he stretched and roused himself from his nest, lined with
feathers he plucked from a thrush. He nipped one off his fur and snug it back into the moss, before
strafing out from the rocky cave into the light of the SoulClan camp. His ginger chest glowed like
fire, his black fur making it more vivid as he leapt down from the tunnel and took in a large whiff
of the cold forest scents. "I can't wait until this snow and leaf-bare clears out." He mumbled to
himself, tail waving as he looked up and examined the bare canopy that used to be lush of trees
above him.

Apricotpaw stirred as another did, blinking an eye open, pupil flicking to who was causing the movement. Batpaw. She recognized him from around camp. He was a rather handsome tom but she hadn't done much interacting with him. As he exited the den, the beautiful she-cat rose to do the same. Her intricately designed tortoiseshell pelt was ruffled from sleep, but she simply shook it out and left it messy. Walking out shakily, the she-cat noticed the tom from before standing out by the cliff edge. Walking over, needing to interact, she mewed a drowsy, "Hey," as she reached his side. "Batpaw, right?" she asked, wanting to atleast get his name right. "Sorry if it's wrong. I don't know many others other than my brother and sister."

A big grin spread across, "Oh, Foxtuft... I'm soo happy to hear you say tha-" She was cut off by a quick gasp and wince, "That." She finished her sentence.

B A T P A W

Batpaw flinched, his black pelt fluffing up like a storm cloud, his fur plastering to the ground
before he realized he was turning to look at Apricotpaw, that quiet she-cat he had always
watched from afar when he wasn't being bugged by other cats. "Ah, no, you've gotten it." He
said blankly, fur slithering back down to a smooth pelt, the tom turning to reveal his gingery
chest, sitting, brown irises flashing with curiosity into the she-cat's dazzling eyes.

Foxtuft flinched, fear and determination glittering in his green marble-like eyes as he quickly
got to his paws, putting his muzzle under hers and lifting up her nose. "Y-You're alright?" He
asked, keeping her hair raised in case she passed out for any unknown reason to the ginger and
white furball of a tom. He pelt flashed with anxiety as he realized she must be in pain from
the kits, that's the first thing that could reach his mind. "Soulpaw!" He yowled as loudly as he
could to the large stone medicine den, nosing Sandcloud to lay down where she was,
whispering soothing things to his mate.
