PK #179 // winner!

oop, I really like this cutie. >w< My first PK on the new lines!! <33
This will be a guessing contest! It isn't necessarily on this PK's design { there is ONE SMALL hint in the design, if you pick up on it, it may help you greatly }, but just someone I find admirable! You will have to guess the artist I am thinking of, but don't worry, I will give a couple hints! I may give another hint if needed.
Hint // He is well known for his his drawings of celebrities and Broadway actors.
