Crushes, Boyfriends, and Girlfriends | V4

I just had to had to rant.

So recently a few friends and I (my two guy friends, the one boy's older sister and her older friend) went for a hike where we would be staying over two nights in a hut. I liked the one guy for a while now, and we've sort of had an on and of thing, a hookup and cuddles whenever someone has a movie night and we're together.. he used to like me.. not sure how he feels now, but I still like him.. hopelessly so.
Over the weekend we had a really nice time and kissed again and so forth, and I probably had the happiest/best weekend of my life. Sadly I had to leave early and I don't know how he feels! apparently he had a good time too... but my other guy friend can't get a word out of him about how he feels about me. Apparently it's the first time the guy I like hasn't told the other guy how he feels about a girl.. hmm..
Now I miss him so much! And almost every song makes me think of him.. gosh.. what to do now? I can't even talk to him (no phone) so Im pretty lost.. don't even know when I'll see him next..

To those in established relationships: What kind of activities did you do together in the lead up to being an "official" couple?

Uh well I got his number right before the summer started and we just texted the entire summer. Then once school started back up, we hung out at my house twice (best days ever!) and that was about it. *shrugs* I'm kinda awkward lol. Well, specific activities would be: playing basketball, sliding around on the tile in our socks, washing the car and watching movies :3

To those in established relationships: What kind of activities did you do together in the lead up to being an "official" couple?

Hm.. With one guy, we invited him over (I lived with three friends and he lived in the same complex) for hanging out, marathons of Friends, making drinks. We texted and messaged over the summer and when he had surgery I went to visit him. With another guy, we watched Star Wars and just talked. With my ex, we watched movies, went on walks and hikes, I had him help me with an ecology project (his help turned out to be horrible but I appreciated him coming). He was broke and had no car so we were a bit limited; I already had to drive a half hour to come see him. With my current guy.. we just talked. A ton. It was through talking that we connected. It's long distance (he's flying here in 16 days, so excited) so we Skype, even have little movie dates.

Gah, I feel like I have nothing interesting but that's the truth. We've gone out to eat a few times, went to a movie. He came with me when I took a cat to the vet. We watched a Disney movie and some Futurama when he was here last. Lots of snuggling.

Is this a good or bad sign?

I sit by a guy that I like (I guess he's my friend) and it seems like I have to sit by him. He won't ever sit by me, I have to. Does this mean he's nervous? Because he always seems to smile at me when I come over.

Anyone please?

To be blunt, that is very little information. He could be shy and glad that you take initiative. He could be neutral. He could be faking the smile. You could simply ask whether he minds that you sit by him? No one is going to have a magical, 100% guaranteed answer for you.

Ughhh so I have a major crush on a guy who has a girlfriend
The thing is I kinda want him to know that I like him like that
But the other thing is
I don't want to drive him away
Like, to me, it's ridiculous to worry about driving someone away by telling them you like them, but what I worry about is that they'll see all the *pokes* as, like, flirting. I'm trying not to flirt with him, I'm trying to act like a really good friend, but it's hard.
I'm tempted to tell him that I USED to have a crush on him but I'm sure he'll probably figure out that I still do...
I don't know what to do xc I don't like hiding my feelings.

Only thing I can think of is to maybe jokingly say "Ah, too bad you already have a girlfriend!"
I'm not very useful with this. When I hint, I tend to make it pretty obvious because when I try to be discreet I end up being too discreet and it goes completely unnoticed.

we texted basically all summer and after, like, two months, we hung out at his place a bunch of times and half-snuggled over different shows/movies and played ffxiii a lot. it didn't take very long for either of us to realize that we mutually liked each other a lot and it was less than a week of that before we started dating.;;

I'm in an online relationship, and I have no clue what to do. My oldest sister is even married to someone she met on a video game. And my other sister (the middle sister, heh) has an online boyfriend which she's currently living with. I'm so unsure on how to get my relationship up and going. We can't go to the mall together, we can't do much. I'm also homeschooled, and stuff, if that's important. But anyway, we've been in a relationship for 6-7 months, all my other internet friends on Skype wouldn't stop shipping us, and it just kind of happened. We're currently happy in the relationship, but I want to go on dates and stuff with him. Do you guys have any suggestions for internet dates?

Before I moved closer to my boyfriend (we now live together), we would have movie nights.
We'd pick a movie, pick a time, and start the movie at the same time while talking on the phone. It was pretty adorable

Well, we have no idea how long your sister knew the guy only online, what the timeline was until marriage, or how long they have been married. And if your other sister is now living with the guy I wouldn't call him an 'online' boyfriend any more. That's cool that they both sound like they are in good relationships hopefully!

One question is how far away do you two live from each other? You say you can't go to the mall together so I wasn't sure if you were comparing that to a relationship in person or just saying you live close but that it would be difficult to make plans like that.

Anyway, the movie date is a decent idea - I do that with my guy. He's in the military so we Skype a lot and watch things on Netflix. We've watched a few episodes of like 4 different shows and there's one show we tried out together and like - we are even on season 2 now. We also text and I send him letters and the occasional package.

If you guys come up with some ideas, make sure you don't judge or throw any out too quickly. Get all the ideas out and then start to go over them. Do something you both are up for trying, and always make sure you feel comfortable with whatever you do.

Ahh, Oli was super cute today.

He's obviously much more comfortable around me, as he has no trouble pinching
my food or grabbing & unlocking my phone. Me, him and a few friends walked
around and chatted at lunch, just joking about and laughing and having fun. It
was my 2nd day back this week as I've been ill, and it's just been so sweet to see
him again. He's a really close friend and I like him a LOT; but I think asking him
out would end badly and possibly even screw up our friendship, which I don't
want to do. >.>

I found out my crush, Nick, liked me back! I was so happy! But, since he has a girlfriend, I told him I respected the relationship and him being happy makes me happy too.
