Gypsy snorted and squealed, kicking out at Desi softly, not going towards or directed towards the mare, but was meant for her. She snorted and trotted farther away, snorting. She was old enough to go out on her own! She snorted and started trotting away with dignity and pride, an obvious spark to this young flaxen chestnut filly.
Indian called out to Gypsy, flicking his ears forward as he waited for a response.
A squeal called back, refusing the offer to come back, and it was fairly clear.
Indian snorted and just shook out his mane, walking towards Desi, clearly telling Shadow to leave. He stood between her and Shadow, snorting and pawing at the grass.
