A New Beginning
A nuclear apocalypse made the Earth uninhabitable 97 years ago. 13 nations, by that point, had operational orbital space stations circling the Earth, holding an overall population of around 400. One was lost during conflict before the other twelve joined together to form The Ark, forming an alliance so that mankind was not lost forever. Rules were strict, each crime punishable by death if you were over the age of eighteen. If not, you were locked up in one of the Ark's prisons. Humans lived in the Ark for almost a full century before the life support began to fail. Now, with the population at over 2000, they were pushing the Ark to breaking point. In a desperate grasp at hope, they launched a drop ship, carrying the current 100 juvenile delinquents in custody, to Earth. It was a test, to see if Earth was survivable again. But things went wrong. Two boys were killed upon landing after exiting their seats mid-drop and another young man stowed away after shooting the chancellor. All methods of communication died in the crash to Earth, leaving those on the Ark only one way of telling who was alive and who was dead; the bracelets they had fitted to each juvenile. Now the delinquents will have to learn to survive on their own.

Rules
1. Tess Rules. All forum rules apply, obviously. So that means no swearing, no gory violence and no overly romantic scenes. Of course, the show always has people dying but we don't need to add any description to that.
2. Storyline. This story will basically be our own re-write. That means you can add OCs who know canons. I mean, adding OCs to this would be very difficult without this ability. Of course, it would probably be best if you asked the person who was playing the canon first or just added it in brackets as kind of a temporary thing. That means that whenever they join, they can say no. This rule also means that there can be OC grounders. So perhaps the 100 can make an allegiance instead of battling it out. Things like the acid gas and the mutated animals will remain the same, however.
3. Relationships. Don't be your own crush. You also cannot be a sibling of one of the canons as this would have been illegal. You can have a person with an older sibling but they were probably left on the ark. No insta-relationships either.
4. Canon. I want to keep this fairly canon so we will only begin the roleplay when we have Clarke, Bellamy, Octavia, Finn, Jasper and Murphy. Raven can come into it later if someone wants to stir up drama. Please make sure you know their personality before offering to play them. Of course, there can be quite a few OCs, too, as we don't meet many of the people in the show.
5. Characters. You may have up to four characters. Two males, two females. If you want two characters then they cannot be of the same gender, sorry. I also don't want to see any Mary/Gary-Sue/Stus around, please.
6. Forms and Posts. Your forms don't have to be very long for canon but I'd really prefer you had at least a paragraph worth of history. I'd like posting to be over 3 lines at least, though I expect longer, with good grammar and punctuation.

The 100

Bellamy Blake

Bellamy is the stowaway. After shooting Chancellor Jaha, he hid on board the drop ship to make sure his sister was safe. He immediately steps up as leader to help the 100 survive and also to keep the Ark from coming down.

She was floated a short while after giving birth to her child, and he was imprisoned until he, too, turned eighteen. Instead he was put in the drop-ship with the others.
