"oh, i'm so sorry ... i mustn't have tied it on properly, and it flew away ... please, forgive me?" the figure spoke in a rather soft, french sounding accent. Their face remained hidden, the figure ducking their head 'shyly' under their coat collar. She then gave a brief glance to Russia, along with giving a small hand gesture, signalling that they needed to talk elsewhere, though to anyone else it looked like she was just trying to keep the wind from hitting her face.

And you shall guess that like just like any good sniper Sasha here, the Siberian territory, was keeping an eye on pretty much everything. His gun was carefully set on the floor having a tripod to keep it steady and standing. He kept his eye staring at random people through the monocular scope like thing which gave him a rather magnifying look possible prey down on the floor. A soft yawn and he rolled onto his back, staring at the sky for a moment before sitting up and stretching his back, packing up his stuff and making sure the gun, now held in place on his belt by some kind of belt was well hidden by his long trench coat. The tiger toy was carefully placed on his pocket and he slid a hand into it, squishing the toy on a tight grip as he walked down the stairs and exited the building casually.

Ivan frowned. "Nyet." was all he said, his focus on the figure. He nodded once, just a small movement of his head, to show he understood the signal.

"Well, I got places to be, so I'll be letting you go then." He said, glancing back over to the Russian. "Don't die off too soon, I want to be te one to put that bullet through your skull after all." He commented lightly as he turned and started walking off again. Definitely planning on doubling back and watching whatever was going to happen. He pulled a hand out of his pocket to wage a goodbye to the two. "Auf wiedersehen."

"au revoir pur-pru" the figure said softly with a slightly more familiar tone. the figure then looked to the Russian and gave a nod, now ducking away into the crowd, toward a mailbox nearby. As they stood there, they removed the earmuff's from their hood, now putting them around the neck of the hood.

Rosalina then soon after decided to go back to the rest of gang, and started to walk again, but towards the gang. She continued to walk to her gang, wondering if they were at their usual area that they usually hang out at. She atleadt hoped they were there and continued to walk.
