The man rolled his eyes once more at the girl. He noticed her sarcastic smile which made him scoff. When the girl apologized to him he also noticed her clenching her jaw as she spoke. He studied her even more a he furrowed his eyebrows "Your fake smile is noted and obvious." Jasper said in a mono tone, not really mentioning anything about her apology "I'm Jasper." He added. He looked down at her soaked shirt then wondered if he should apologize about her shirt. He sighed "I'm sorry about your shirt" He added once again.

She raised her eyebrows at him. No one had ever talked to her the way he did and she didnt know how she felt about it. Copeland chuckled softly at his accent that she just noticed. "Ehh its okay. It was an accident and i got paid yesterday so ill just buy another. Nice name by the way." she said and smiled up at him softly then squinted as she sun shined in her eyes. Copeland fixed her bangs and put her hands in her pockets "Where are you headed?" she asked and shivered slightly.

Seth stepped to the side, letting the girl pass by. He felt like he had stepped over some invisible barrier. This is what he got for trying to be helpful. He really should have just shut his mouth, or better yet, stuck a cigarette in it, and kept going. But he thought again about the injury. It looked really painful...but maybe her pain tolerance was just really high. In either case, he couldn't really tell because the bandages covered the wound, but it looked like it was in dire need of stitches. Maybe her pride prevented her from seeking help, but it was only going to get worse if she didn't take action. He didn't want to care, but for some reason he did, and he knew the way his mind worked, he would be bothered by the fact he did nothing if he just let it go. So he decided not to. "Hey, wait," he said, hurrying after Rylie. "I know it's none of my business how you got hurt, but I think you should see a doctor, is all. You don't want it to get infected."

"Doctors won't help. There isn't anything to be done." Rylie said kind of harshly. She didn't mean for it to come out so angry, but she hadn't really cooled off yet. Yeah, she forgot to stitch it up but she didn't need this guy to follow her and bug her about it. She kept walking through town with Seth close behind her.

I groaned, and looked at him. "horror's the best! But, ah well. I'll watch anything except things like transformers." I wrinkled my nose in a disgusted manner. I relaxed my face and the smile reappeared soon. A shiver ran through my body and made me hold Glen closer. I pulled up a ravens football team blanket, the closest one I head, and covered both of us up with it. "you pick whatever, it can even be a-" i gasped excitedly and grinned up at him. ' have you seen workaholics? Best. Show. Ever!" I want giving a hint that we should watch it, though, I just suddenly remembered. But.. It would be nice.. I don't really even care,I just enjoyed being here with him now.

i giggled sheepishly and bot my lip, "uhehehh.. it's, uh, not too appropriate. yanno, drugs. but it's funny besides that.." i shook my head and shrugged. "let's watch.." my words trailed off as i browsed a little bot more. once i saw 'Nightmare before Christmas', my face lit up and i looked up at Glen. "this?! do you wanna watch it?!"

Seth knew he couldn't force her to help herself, just like that saying where you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. All he could do was to try to convince her, but ultimately, it was her body and her choice. Who was he to impose his opinion on someone he knew for less than five minutes? So he slowed his steps, letting her walk ahead, but gave one last word on the topic, "You should at least change the bandages regularly and keep it clean. That you don't need the doctor for."
