Thats way to specific imo. We would have to have a separate category for EVERY rarity of EVERY type pet if we did that. It would be chaotic.

My hoard (~The Largest Hoard In Existence~) and (~Largest Warrior Cats Hoard~) is up to 6529. It also now qualifies for (~Largest Cat Hoard~)

Okay, I think I need a new rule for my own sanity. Hoards that hold multiple records can hold a multiple of two different records. Sorry to disappoint Cat Lady, but I really don't relish the idea of having to change 4 different records every time you get a new cat, especially in categories that were created so others could hold records too, making the whole process of making new categories redundant.

I hope this sounds fair to everyone on all sides of the fence.

why not just take the numbers off the sides then you don't have to update as much :)
people who want to try and best a hoard can just click on the pet to see the hoard. it saves a lot of work for you.

I agree with this. One person shouldn't be allowed to hold too many records, since it can ruin the fun of hoarding for others.

people who want to try and best a hoard can just click on the pet to see the hoard. it saves a lot of work for you.

Someone who wants to look and see if they can beat a hoard will have to click EVERY record to see what the number is. Easy for me, not easy for other users.

Nah. The current holders are pretty good at staggering out their updates and only updating when the increase is pretty significant. I hope that didn't sound like I was complaining in that regard >.<
Plus those that hold difficult hoards like my Firestar dogs might go for months and only get 3 added.
