I'm confused. My crush is giving mixed signals. She gets nervous around me, and we talk a lot about relationships and ect, but when in public she says she likes somebody else. I'm really confused.

Hehe, I used to do that I lot when I was younger. Guilty is charged. Whenever I would like a boy and even if he was around and people would ask me if I liked him, I would deny or just flat out say I liked someone else. "Sally Sue, do you like John Smith?" "John Smith? No, uhhhh I like someone else!" *looks nervous* Sound familiar?

She could either like you but just be very nervous or not feel that way about you. If she tells everyone she likes a specific other person than more than likely she doesn't like you in that way. If she just gives the general, 'oh I like someone else..' then there is still hope :3

Hi... Well my mum has managed to ruin and make my summer awesome at the same time. We are going camping after Australia Day, with my parents, brother, parents friends and their children. I had a leavers soirée on Friday and my bf (let's call him R) kept walking over to talk to me, like a lot. It turns out that my mum was talking to his Dad at the time, so know he's coming camping with his sister and Dad to! Pretty cool for me :3

Also, R is pretty scared of my best friend... A, she teases him constantly and makes fun of him. Well, I have to admit that I do sometimes and she is hillarious. But, it means that when I hang out with her I get less time to hang out with R, and we are going to different schools next year So A and R are both going to different schools from me ;-;. But anyway, how can I deal with R being scared of A? Thanks in adavance for any advice!

My crush is so cute!! Last year I had my assigned seat in front of my crush's and he would even braid my hair sometimes. We are really good friends too. Our winter dance is coming up for my school and I want to ask him to dance with me. I'm just really nervous but he promised me he would.

Well, you could always mention this to him when you are having a conversation aboutt that dance. Kind of a "Hey remember when you said you would take me to the dance?" Or you could always ask him to the dance...! I know it is typical that it's the guy that is "supposed to" take the first step, but sometimes they don't get it or get nervous too! I wish you luck!

When talking to R about A, you could always bring up the good points about A, the things that are not scary about A. Also, I would recommend talking to A and mention that A can be a bit intimidating when A is around R, and to maybe cool down a bit. I hope this helps!

Well... I'm having some problems.

So, I was crushing on this guy Bryce. But recently, I asked one of my friends Jenna to ask if he likes me back. The conversation went like this, as she later texted me.
Jenna: "So, do you like (not my real name) Sally?"
Bryce: "(Not my real last name)Smith?"
Jenna: "Yeah."
Bryce: "No, why?"
Jenna: "No reason, I just noticed you were being really flirty with her and thought you would be a good couple."
Bryce: "No, I swear I don't, I like this girl in my school right now."
When I got the text, it was kinda like a punch in the gut. ;-; He asked me a few weeks ago if I was crushing on him, and I told him yes I was. I took that as a sign he liked me as well, so I was flirting with him and I THOUGHT he was flirting back, but apparently he wasn't. ._.

Then there's this guy. I take an online language class and he's in it. We started texting because we were studying together for exams and things like that. But, we don't talk about the language anymore. Now, it's kind of strange...
He's in a different time zone, and I always text him at 8pm, which is 11pm his time. He says that he stays up just to text me at 11 and that if his parents found out, they would be really mad.
He made up this "reaction game" where he sends phrases or emojis to see how I react. As of late, they've been getting weirder and weirder. Here are some examples:
"How you doing babe? (love emojis)"
"So, you free today..? lol (love emojis)"
"I like where this is going (love emojis)"
Then, when we are saying goodbye, I started a joke where I say all these abbreviations; ttyl, bbl, ttfn, etc. For fun, I threw in ily. Now he is saying goodbye to me like this:
"Ily. I mean. O_O I didn't say that. I LOVE POTATOES! Love them potatoes. O_O"
I can't tell if he is being serious or not. He'll throw in an "lol" every once and awhile, but....
This morning, I texted him. He said, "Hey, how about a Thanksgiving house tour?" I agreed on the condition I did one as well. So he sent me a video of his house, and I sent him one of mine.
We seem to be texting a lot for two studying students. He is sending a lot of... weird texts. Is he crushing on me or not? He is constantly sending me texts first, and instantly replying when I text him. Once, we stayed up till 1am his time just talking...
I'm really confused right now. Help, please?

Ok so I've liked this one guy for awhile and he's super nice and kind (guy A) I think he likes me but I'm not sure… anyway I met (guy B) at school this year and he is nice and kind too and Im pretty sure he likes me… they both have my must haves in a guy (blonde surfer) but I don't know who I should go for… guy A was my first crush and he's amazing and I'd choose him over guy B but recently I hung out with guy B and he offered me his jacket when I was cold and he faked pushed me and scared me XD… however me and guy A have some moments too… he gives me his waves when we surf together and I always catch him looking at me and smiling… ugh I have no idea they are both amazing ;-; I'm pretty sure they both like me but do you think they do?

Recently (Like three months ago) I got over my crush so things have been pretty okay for me. But today with my friend we were walking around the mall, and a group of guys walked out as we went past and when I looked, I saw a guy I know. It was quite embarrassing really, I used to like him two years ago until I met my most recent (Previous) crush. Lets call him Jim. Anyway, I blushed and turned to my friend and told her I knew him, but then she turned and stared straight at him, not even trying to be casual. We picked up pace and ended up reaching the food court and so we began to turn and head back. And we had to walk past him and his friends but I ignored them, unlike Miss Obvious! I heard them laughing and my friend whispered into my ear that he had smiled at our direction.
Basically, I think I may have a growing crush on him again. I'm far from attractive and that 'fine hourglass, bib boobs, big butt and lips' look but do you think I may have a chance?

I'm so grossly obvious with things like that, it was just that simple for him, apparently. Now I feel like a complete idiot
I'm not even supposed to know he knows. He discussed it with a close friend, who told his friend/almost-girlfriend, my sister. She was oh-so-kind as to relay it to me, figuring I'd find it useful
Or, she knew I'd get paranoid as bloody hell that I ruined everything. That I scared off a potential friend. Maybe I did.
What's even worse is the staring. Him and all of his friends will every now and then turn around during lunch from the next table over and look right at me.
I don't feel some sweet rush, like his staring means something, like maybe, in some universe, he feels anything for me.
I feel awkward, because I'm being gawked at by approximately eight people and since I doubt he likes me, I simply feel like I'm the part of some ridiculous conversation. Not something about someone he likes; about some idiot he knows who doggedly adores him and shows it in the most blunt, obvious manner.
But for some reason he keeps talking to me. That, or I'm being an unbelievable burden and just dragging him into conversation. I don't know how to make things feel less awkward. The best thing to do would be to get over him. But never in my life have I met someone so ridiculously difficult to just get over.
Every time I speak to him, I get afraid anything I say will make it worse. So I fumble and get so terrified, I find any way I can to get out of there as quickly as possible. When I liked him as normal, I was confident. Now, I'm a sick anxious fool.
I need help. Anything would be great right now. I just need help. I want my friend back. And I want to not feel like an idiot when I talk to him. Please
