Ahhh I'm so terrible at trades I apologize.

Are these anywhere near fair? is there anything specific they can do to make it more fair?

They don't need to do anything. They are overpaying already.
the bunny is only worth 3 '09 rares.

Unfair to them, when I'm right, they are offering 4 '09 rares and the Lilac bun is only worth 3 '09 rares.

More often than not I see Sept lists trades for Raven dogs as opposed to main lists, give or take that desperate person in a rare auction. If your looking to make a Sorbet, I agree a BA can go for those fairly easy. It's a little unfair to the advents list side, but if you are looking to trade onto the main list it's not a bad offer with the BA
