I love how my friends thought that Ed and Ling was a girl, and that Ling looks super weird with a pony tail.

- Watch the anime then you'll see that he doesn't look so weird

Ling and Ed actually look better with their hairs tied. Actually, why do they have their hairs tied up, anyways? I understand Ling's problem (it's pretty common for Asian males to have their hair long and tied), but Ed... not so much.

Ling never had his hair out of a pony tail, actually. I think he looks better in a pony tail anyways, I mean, iimagine Ling with just his hair let out. -Shivers- Let's be honest here, he'd look weird.

Is any FMA on UK Netflix? I've decided to watch some Pokémon to see what it'll do to my Netflix suggestions. The Keldeo movie has Ed's VA in it, so... maybe it'll show up if it is on there?

More on-topic: is "cry more emo kid" an actual quote from the official Viz translation of the manga or is it just something the fandom made up? Because it sums up the entire series pretty well, especially 2003.

I think it was something the fandom made up, but I read the manga online rather than renting the actual books out from the library(I literally took out books 11-17 of fma from the library and two days later I had to return them and take out some more afterwards.), but I’m certain that it was just made up by the fandom.

In the fan translation of the manga, there was a montage of various Roy images with the words "cry more emo kid". I think that's where it came from.

Did you know that Vic mignogna who voices Ed elric also voices spirit from soul eater, Greece from hetalia, Keldeo from Pokemon the sword of justice movie, ikkaku madarame from bleach, broly from dragon ball z, eld jinn from attack on titan, nagato from naruto: shippuden, and many other roles.
