Just having fun here, but what about for this horse:

"Pink Peach Tree in Blossom", by Van Gogh, or the really cool Paintings of the White/Pink Terraces by Charles Blomfield?
Both particularly because of the blue eyes and ears. I can't get over the blue ears. Help me.

The face and orange bits are like the Baron and the blue on the flank and belly reminds me of the part with all the crows

Definitely is The Cat Returns! I've watched this movie non stop once. It's my all time favorite out or Hayao Miyazaki's works. xD
