PokeTami - more effort, more length in writing etc would have been better. Your art is cute though!
Dragon Reine - love the coding and image, but lacks content
ShammySlyvmin - lacks content/effort
Sunnyside - so close! You were neck and neck with Moonlight but in the end it was the art that got me. You had head shots but they were all roughly the same in concept and repetitive so it wasn't very expressive of the character. Getting expressive character art (especially full body with backgrounds) is always a huge boost in any contest so try that next time
buckhannon. - good but lacks content
Frenchie. - not enough info
Sean Erin - nice writing! Art and more elaborate coding would have put it over the edge
