Doggeh.'s Custom PK

lol, jk. Nillers { yes, I just made up a new nickname } allowed Doggeh to have a custom PK and I was the lucky squid to make this pretty girl! nwn She has short bangs that cover her left eye, and she is blind in her left eye only. Her prism are a light blue, by the way. This palette was used. :>
