the rat is worth 60 C$, and I believe the other pet's would make up for the 5 C$ (they would actually go a little over that, probably 7-10 C$)
but yes the trade is fair for you, only slightly unfair to them

The Celestial PPS doesn't have great demand either and I actually traded up by blue rat so it's still pretty unfair to them

I would say that is fair if not a little unfair to the bottom. Not sure about the item's value to this though.
