Ruby stayed out of the way, and started attempting to find whoever had started that fire. "Well that's not normal" She murmurs, the goverment installing cameras all over the place was severely useful at times when they were trying to find bad guys.

I took the headphones off and said"Ruby.which computer do you want to use?"how did a fire start out of no where. We have to see about that.that when Barry came in I got up and said"are you OK.do you need anything."I smiled and walked around the room.Dr.walls was still in the room.

"I'm cool with whatever computer, and I did bring my laptop and tablet. so yay?" Ruby replies, she said, pulling out her tablet, trying to find that signal she had been looking at before. The one that had that guy set the building on fire.

He looked over to Caitlin and shook his head slightly, "No, I'll be fine," he said and walked over to them. "Do we know what, or who, caused the fire yet? I know that fire wasn't normal, plus a random fire doesn't just happen," he said, crossing his arms. His only thought right now was that a metahuman had caused it.

"More of a who" Ruby says, looking up from her tablet. She's still trying to find the feed again. "Someone did this, and was dumb enough to do it in front of big brother's ever watchful eyes". She eventually finds the feed again.

He nodded and walked over to her and watched the footage. Why would someone just set a building on fire then flee? "Okay, is there a way to track him?" He questioned, raising his eyebrow.

"I'm keeping an eye on the security cameras, he's gone into some kind of apartment building I think... if he went home that's kinda a dumb move. but don't you need to rest or something? That fire looked pretty nasty" Ruby replies, looking up at Barry as she speaks before down at her tablet again.

He looked at her and shrugged a bit, "I don't need to rest but considering that we don't know what apartment room he's in, let's keep a eye on the apartment and wait until he leaves the apartment again then I'll make my move on him. It'd be safer since he wouldn't be in a building anyways," Barry replied. He took a couple steps back and looked at them, "While we're waiting let's try to figure out how to take down a guy who can control, or make, fire." He could already tell that this one would be hard.

Alice Ray

She sat on her laptop, quickly finding the cameras that had caught The Flash running away from the building that was on fire. Using those she quickly figured out the roads he used and tracked him back to STAR labs. What is The Flash doing there? She quickly started up the car and drove off, heading to STAR labs.

"In case you haven't figured, I am a technopath" Ruby says, not looking up from her tablet, "Maybe you could run fast enough to create a vacuum, lack of oxygen equals little to no fire" she suggests, it wasn't like anyone else had any better ideas.

He looked at her and smiled a bit, "That's a good idea. It's a start on how to subdue his power for as long as the vacuum is there… but how are we going to get him here and down in the particle accelerator?" He said, looking over to Caitlin. He knew she had her ice powers and she could use them against this guy but he couldn't say anything about it due to Mr. Wells being there. He frowned when he noticed a part of the team was missing. "Hey, where's Cisco?" He asked.
