"I'm looking forward to it." Ashley responded, crossing her legs and gently swinging one of her legs. At the question, she gave a small laugh. "Very much so. They wanted me to be the perfect child prodigy, so they made me take many lessons. I had to turn them down when they offered violin. I liked sports, you know? Even though I absolutely sucked at them." She mused, shaking her head faintly. She tried to join every team, and she was rejected from most them, since she lacked talent for sports. Though, her best sport happened to be tennis. She was fairly decent, but she wasn't great. On the other hand, she happened to do well with academics. When she wasn't playing hooky with her previous friends and boyfriends, she would be making good grades. "How about you? Were you parents strict?" She asked, enjoying their conversation.

Meghan smiled, crouching down to scoop up the small canine in her arms. She straightened up, holding the bundled up pooch. "I like it- I'll call you Crissy." She smiled, chuckling when Christina referred to Penny as a demon dog. "I'm glad we're on the same page." The waitress mused, lowering her head to press a kiss to Penny's head. "Crazy little demon dog indeed." She commented before focusing her gaze back on Christina. "Um, do you live on this street as well?" She inquired, her gaze briefly scanning the several snow covered houses and lawns.

"You gotta show me how much fun snow can be, since I don't know much about it. Shall we go now?" He asked, sliding out of the booth and scooping up his empty cup. He walked over to a trash can and threw it away before returning to the table.

"Hummin' works too." Graham insisted with a chuckle, pulling his hands away from his warm mug when Felcity moved to his side of the booth. He draped his arm over Felcity shoulder before focusing his attention to the phone and giving a smile. Once the picture was taken, he chuckled under his breath and turned his head slightly to peer over at her. "Are we gonna to take a silly one now or-?" He asked, amusement in his tone. Whenever he took pictures with his friends, they took a normal picture then several silly and funny ones.

She wouldn't know what it was like to have someone force her to play sports, but she came close to it with instruments. Eventually, she had to tell her parents that she didn't enjoy it, so they stepped off. "For a period of time, they were strict, but I was able to wiggle my way out of it. They didn't bother me with it anymore." She responded, lifting one shoulder in a shrug. "I'm considering going to college, so I can become a certified nurse assistant. I took a year off after I graduated high school, and I ended up in this town. I'm stuck here for the time being. So what are you aiming to be, music boy?"

I take the boxes with slight disappointment. Now it was time for me to go, looking at the boxes filled with his pastry's. "you know, how about you stop by the bookstore sometime? I work ere pretty much all the time." I say as I hold the boxes and head to the door. "I'll be there after hours too, its quieter than the quiet." chuckling a bit at his joke. ↬ -i pulled over my trench coat, slipped a beanie over my head and placed glasses on my nose, ready to go for the day. i was ready for the day, i thought, so i grabbed riley's leash and clipped onto his harness. he was practically tearing down the door, seeing as he hasn't been out on a walk in a few days. he barked and and smiled, hushing him so he didn't wake the neighbors. we got outside and riley was trying to pull me, but i held my grip strong, and he soon obeyed after relieving himself and marking along the sidewalk. i took in a deep breath and was soon met with the bitter cold chill that ran through my nose and soon through my body. a chill went through my body, causing me shudder and stall my walking pace for a second. i needed a warm drink to help me out with this, so why not go to the cafe? but riley.. and i need money.. ugh. we turned around and i was somewhat jogging back, riley's tongue flopping out of his mouth and enjoying the sudden run of ours. i put my head down for a second, trying to hide my eyes from the quickly falling snow, but found myself stop suddenly in front of someone. a man, just about a half inch or no taller than me. skinny, but well built. i bowed my head with an offering smile. "s-s-sorry, sir. ex-excuse me."- ↫
