TornStar darted her head, hearing FlintPaw's yowl. Her eyes winded as she as she saw a large, red fox standing over her apprentice. TornStar's eyes then narrowed and she leaped at the fox, digging her fangs into its shoulder, she hooked her claws into the foxes back and side as it shook wildly, trying to throw her off.

-Flintpaw could only watch as her vision blurred. A low, yet high pitched sound rang in her ears, as the world seemed to be spinning.

DreamRunner, hearing the apprentices cry of pain, rushed towards the noise. He soon found the apprentice and his clans leader, and the fox. He hurried towards FlintPaw, picking up the apprentice by her scruff, he looked over at TornStar, battling the large fox. He had no choice but to leave her, so he could get FlintPaw back to camp. Sighing, DreamRuner raced back to camp with FlintPaw.

-Sandstrike jumped to his paws when he saw Flintpaw and Dreamrunner. "What happened?!" The pale tom growled, rushing forwards to see Flintpaw. Taking a step back, he noticed how menacing the ear made her look.

DreamRunner set FlintPaw down carefully near the medicine den once he got camp to camp. He then turned to SandStrike. "That fox, the one that killed Littleflower. It attacked FlintPaw and TornStar!" He explained. "TornStar is still out there with the fox!"

-Sandstrike stared at him, "Well aren't you going to ask for reinforcements?!" The pale tabby started pacing. "Just stay here and get more warriors!" He yowled, starting to run as fast as he could towards their scent trail.

DreamRunner's ears flattened a bit when Sandstrike yowled at him. The blue-grey warrior sighed and looked around the camp before following Sandstrike out to where the fox is.

TornStar, who was now battered and blooded, was standing in front of the fox, panting. Her golden eyes stared at the large beast. She hissed at the fox and leaped at it again. This time, the fox caught her back her neck, and threw her into a tree. TornStar yowled in pain, the sudden hit shook her, making it hard for her to stand again.

-Right before it could make the death blow, Sandstrike leaped up and in front of Tornstar. Hissing, he lowered his head, claws extended as he lashed out at the fox, clawing at its nose.

DreamRunner ran back to where the fight was, seeing the fox distracted by SandStrike, DreamRunner ran at the fox. He bite down hard on the foxes hind leg, digging his fangs deep into the foxes leg, so it couldn't shake him off easily.

-Sandstrike triumphantly watched as it tried to flee, but Dreamrunner was holding it down. He turned to Tornstar, nudging her as he tried to get her to her feet. "You alright?" He asked, ignoring the fox.
