I shrugged and took in the fresh air, I started walking dragging my backpack behind me "Lets walk around a little bit and see" I told him and kept walking, I looked down at the ground as I walked, I hopped over the cracks in the cement out of boredom.

Brice seemed to sigh as he let go of the hold he barely had on the strap of his bag. His eyebrow remained piqued as he watched the girl, both return to her seat and retrieve the pen. He looked down at her hand as she handed it to him and slowly reached to take it. He thought to make some snarky comment -- nothing too harsh, really, just a little tease -- but decided against it. The girl was scared enough. "...Thanks..." He said slowly. He then turned away again, placing the pen on his desk and looking up at the board. Though, the gears in his mind were churning... not about what the teacher was talking about, but about this very odd girl...

After a short moment of feigning attention to the lecture, he looked back to the girl. "I'm Brice... I didn't mean to spook you," he spoke again. He brushed a hand back through his hair -- a nervous habit. This girl made him feel...not nervous, really, but awkward. "And, uh, thanks for the, uh," he glanced at the pen, tapping it against the desk a solitary time before looking back to her, "nice pen... I'll make sure you get it back."

✗ The seer still held the pen out, then the boy took it out of her hands with a thanks. She didn't reply. Didn't try to smile. She just nodded slightly, and just quickly made her posture firm and elegant in her chair. Her paranormal friend Melinda wanting to go somewhere else, while other spirits bothered her. She wanted to scream out loud, not wanting to. That would make her look stupid. At least she thought so.

After her teacher blabbering about history when this was suppose to be English class, she heard the boy speak. "Oh no, it was my fault... Angel... Angel is my name.." She added with a delicate soft posture of her voice. Angel then placed one of her fingers in her hair, and twirled the bottom bit, feeling nervous. "Keep the pen. A gift from me to you."
