It definitely beats the indoor sweat smell."Megan awkwardly chuckled, which in a way, made the situation even more awkward. She rubbed a palm her jeans, and the adjusted her glasses. This morning wasn't easy for anyone. Her mom woke up late, which meant so did she, and Dan set his shirt on fire while trying to light a candle. Nothing went as planned, and Megan could still smell burning cloth. She walked silently. All that could be heard was the click clack of footsteps and the noise of her walker tapping the ground.

Soon after position drills end, Jay joins the rest of the team for 11-on-11 drills against the defense. Seeing how Jay has a dynamic role on the team, since he can also play some quarterback and running back, he anticipates some trick plays being run. Sure enough, it happened. His coach called for a passing play where the actual quarterback pitched it to Jay and he threw a pass to a different receiver.

As the two girls girls walked, the smell of fresh grass was back. "I guess we're here. Thank you." Megan spun around on her heels and walked to the field. She bumped shoulders with someone {Jay} and was almost tipped down again. This was just not her day. New places always threw her off. "Sorry" The shoulder felt strong and muscular, most likely male, unless a very strong female. In that case, she really was thrown off her game.
