As the song ended and everyone started filing out of the gym we broke apart. I took his hand to go steal a snowflake cookie and then we walked out the door like everyone else, but we were different. We weren't dressed up, because we didn't need to be. I kissed his cheek and took a small nibble of the cookie.

He took her hand in his and walked her out to the car. He turned to her and said, "wait here, ok?" He turned the car on and loaded a cd. A recording of his string quartet came on playing Elton Johns Your Song (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=H4XPDCKKkVw). He took her in his arms and continued to dance in the parking lot.

Jessica.
She squeezed him a little tighter.
