Megan slowly moved her way towards some doors leading to what seemed like outside. The scent of fresh grass and boy sweat filled her nose. She kept on walking feeling vulnerable to anyone and everyone. She didn't like feeling that way. Nobody does come to think of it. As she continued to walk, the space around her felt more open than a school hall way, so she picked up her pace. "Hello?" Suddenly, she ran straight into someone, and landed flat onto her back. "Ow..." Her sunglasses fell off of her face, leaving her lifeless eyes open for anyone to see.

The girl helped Megan up, and she recovered from the fall. "It's not your fault. It's mine, with the whole...you know" Megan nodded towards her walking stick, trying to be casual about the situation. "I'm kind of lost. Some lady gave me a schedule, but I can't really see it." Megan stood there for a second. "Oh geez, where are my manners. I'm Megan. I'm new here." Megan held her hand out in the direction the girl's voice was coming from. Her voice was soothing in a way, like melted butter. She always found something special in a person's voice.
