Twistedkit padded over to Flashkit. I might as well waste some time until Inkpaw comes back with a report. She thought, opening her jaws to speak. "Lets go to our den. Since we have it to ourselves, we can speak freely." She mewed, pointing to the nursery with her tail.

Flashkit nodded and began padding towards the nursery.

Ravenpaw nodded. "I'll try to remember that," she meowed. She sniffed the herb, and it smelled slightly... familiar. Where had she smelt that before?

Twistedkit padded into the nursery, settling herself in a large nest. "Inkpaw is our newest recruit. He is also out newest spy."

Flashkit smiled. "That's great," he meowed. "What am I, then?"

Twistedkit grinned wolfishly. "You'll be a fighter. When we are made apprentices, we can go to the training hollow. Our mentors will ramble on about the 'warrior code' and 'honor', but those pansies can't put a claw near your throat, and that will be their demise. I will teach you how to hunt and fight the right way, during the night. Got it?"

Shiningpool smiled. "Alright. Which one of these is goldenrod, and do you know what we use it for?" she mewed.

She flicked her tail, "I don't follow them around everywhere. They are normally with Inkpaw in the forest."

Dragonpaw nodded gratefully. She understood that Mistytail probably knew about her training in StarClan. She relaxed into a more comfortable stance, still much the same as the one she’d been in before.

Inkkit nodded. “I won’t put a whisker on their territory, as long as they don’t on mine!” he meowed.

Phoenixstar nodded. “Okay. I just can’t believe Flashkit and Inkpaw are hanging around with those two.” He shook his head. “Something’s not right with Bluekit and Twistedkit.”

Bluekit followed, settling down silently. “I will teach you about the Shadows,” he meowed. “Their ways, customs, history, etcetera.”

Shadowpaw
As Shadowpaw continue working on his stance, he shifted so that his back was to Dragonpaw. His face-fur was hot with shame- shouldn't he be able to match his sister? Hadn't they grown up together just the same? He couldn't figure it out. He just kept trying to find and hold his stance.

Eagleheart
Eagleheart purred. "Exactly. Come on, there's still plenty more territory to see." He mewed, turning away from the border and traveling inward toward the heart of the territory.

Rested her tail on his back, to guide him where his balance should be. "You wont get everything perfectly," she meowed, "You're doing great now. Both of you."
