TornStar looked at her apprentice and nodded a bit. Tornstar knew she had to put the past in the past, but as hard as she tried she just couldn't grasp the fact that she'll never see her sister again. Clearing that thought out of her mind for know, Tornstar padded out of the den then looked at FlintPaw again. "Lets get some prey before we start." She said, looking towards the prey pile. "Cant train on an empty belly, right?"


Raggedpaw rolled his eyes and stifled another yawn. "I know, I know." He muttered. Seeing Littleflower bolt out of camp, he huffed again and quickly followed after her.


Smallpaw looked up at OtterTail and nodded, giving a sigh shes followed him out of the den. SmallPaw blinked her bright green eyes a few times as the bright sunlight hit her face, she looked up at the blue sky, she watched as the swirly white clouds rolled on back calmly. Smallpaw smiled to herself at the calm sky.

[Autumn Ghost]

Ottertail stopped in a clearing and walked to the other side "We're going to start off with the basics. I want you to slide under me and paw my stomach" he explained,

LittleFlower stopped and crouched hearing the sound of a creature, she stalked forward and lunged landing on the ground a mouse tail away from the thrush. It was started so she swiped at it and killed it. "Okay Raggedpaw" the warrior said dripping her prey "I want you to crouch and find any prey"

SmallPaw looked at him and slowly nodded. She sighed and crouched a bit, getting ready to leap. Letting out a deep sigh she leaped at OtterTail. She twisted her body so she landed on her back when she landed, causing her to slide forward. Getting ready to bat at his belly, Smallpaw didn't notice she stop sliding only a few inches away from OtterTail.


RaggedPaw nodded and crouched down next to LittleFlower, he closed his eyes and sniffed the air. He stood up as he caught scent of a nearby rabbit.

[Autumn Ghost]

Ottertail chuckled lightly and grabbed his apprentice's scruff pulling her up "try sliding when you about a mouse length away from me" he said and went back in position.

LittleFlower watched her apprentice, modding approvingly to his crouch she sat back and watched him,

SmallPaw nodded and got back into a crouching position. She narrowed her eyes in thought, calculating when she should strike, and when she should flip over to slide. After a few, rather long moments of thinking, SmallPaw leaps at him again, at about a little less then a mouse length away, she flipped on her back and slid, this time sliding under him. She smiled and batted his stomach lightly. "I did it!" She mewed happily, sounding like a young kit that just pounced on a moss ball.

RaggedPaw opened his eyes and looked towards the scent of the rabbit. Without hesitating, he leaped into the bushes and ran towards the scent silently. RaggedPaw soon found a young rabbit, cleaning itself under a tree, Raggedpaw smirked and leaped at the rabbit, pinning it down and sinking his teeth into its neck. Killing it.

[derision]

-Flintpaw muttered, "Right." Following her mentor, she obediently sat next to the fresh kill pile. Patiently she waited for her leader to pick the first one. Ear twitching, she eyed a fat rabbit, but she knew it was way too big for her to eat. Glancing up at Tornstar, she mewed, "Come on." Tail waving back and forth, her ears turned back to listen to the leaves moving to the side as she moved them.

TornStar sat in front of the prey pile, looking down at the prey and deciding which one to take. The skinny leader was rather hungry, but didn't want to take any of the fat, big pieces of prey. TornStar finally settled on a plump, but small robin. Bird's weren't her favorite, being having to pick out all the feathers, but knew it would keep her full, at least for the morning.

[Autumn Ghost]

Ottertail smiled and looked at his apprentice "Good job, now I want you to lunge up in the air behind me than jump on my back. It's a basic move but we won't fight any cats." He explained and crouched ready for her to make her move.

LittleFlower praised her apprentice with a smile "Good job now bury it and let's hunt more. Tomorrow you will be battle training and well see if we can train with Tornstar," she explained and crouched sniffing the air.

SmallPaw smiled again and nodded. She hopped back a bit and crouched, then leaped. SmallPaw manged to leap onto his back, but it was hard to hold on without using any claws. SmallPaw buckled her legs in an attempt of staying ontop of him. In which her attempt failed and she slide off of him.

RaggedPaw smiled proudly then dug a small hole, large enough for the rabbit to fit in. He plopped his prey into the hole then scraped dirt and a few dead leaves over it. He looked at LittleFlower when she talked about battle training with TornStar and her apprentice, this he smiled at, happy to be given the offer of training with his clans leader.

[Autumn Ghost]

Ottertail looked over his apprentice "it's hard without claws but in a real battle you use claws and it will be much easier. Now I want you to use both those moves on me ate the same time. I'll give you a hint don't literally use them at the same time I mean like use one than the other." He said hoping he want confusing her,

LittleFlower began crouching and seeing a large rabbit. She stalked towards it but stepped on a branch and it bolted like air "mouse dung" she snarled and looked at her apprentice "That was an example of what NoT to do" she purred.
