((A/N: Hey guys. :) Sorry it's been so long. School's been busy, and I've been writing a novel, and a bunch of other things, so that's where I've been. Thanks for hanging in there. I know it's been a while but... enjoy. :) )

So, where'd I leave you? Last time I was writing I was... oh, right! I was sitting patiently while Lunae did my hair for the dance so... right, I left off with the awkward my-date-just-shot-me-out-of-a-tree-with-a-taser incident. (I still haven't completely gotten over that ._. Just so you know.) So anyway, the dance is over, but of course, you don't know what happened yet, because I never told you. ;) Haha, you don't know what happens. Gah! I feel so evil >:) Keeping you in suspense like this is so much fun. Withholding vital information makes me feel like some kind of almighty knowledge god or the government.

Okay, let's continue on, shall we? Anyway, for the first time in my life, I walked into a dance the normal way. The normal way, as in through the front doors. (I'm not sure why I know it's the first time I've walked in normally.... but I get the feeling that it is). And, let me just say this, Zeus is the best <3 For being named after a thunderbolt-hurling god who always cheats on his wife, he is a total gentleman. He even held up under the scrutiny of my dateless Secret Sisters of the Dawn. (and trust me, they were a shade of wicked one step away from needing a broomstick to fly around on)

At that point, Zeus and I politely excused ourselves from the conversation (in other words, we turned around and ran for our lives before Leliana could kill us. She's my friend and all, but I seriously think she might be a serial killer). And then we did something I get the vague feeling I've never actually done at a dance before: dance. Peculiar, I know, but I don't think I've actually danced at a school dance before. Anyway, while we were dancing we bumped into a few of my SSD friends who had dates, but they were so absorbed in each other that conversation was really, really, really awkward. (Totoro, I hope I've never been so obsessed with a guy that I can't talk to anyway. That totally won't happen to me. Am I right?) Of, and my Midnight friends were all there too! We can into Kai and Morgan and Petal by the punch table.

Though he DID have a point. So, we left Kai and Morgan to fight it out (and Petal to sit there wringing her hands nervously as they did so). Of course, we only ended up running into none other than Delphinium and Misty. (AND THEY'RE STILL EVIL! I'M GOING TO PROVE IT SOME DAY!)

At that point, I literally grabbed Zeus and dragged him away from them. Of course, since I know ninety five percent of the school (at least, the important people in this school) We then ran into even MORE of my friends who were in distress - aka Asa and Epitaph, who were oddly single. (Okay, with Epitaph I honestly wasn't surprised, but Asa....)

Anywaaaay, after that we ran into possibly the happiest people of the night. They were the forever-aloners from the SSD (And Raynee :) ). Not the angry ones, but the ones who just didn't care. their apathy was actually quite refreshing.

Not to say I crept around them after that and listened to their conversation, but I did see the two of them dancing together before the end of the night. Teehee :3 Looks like I really am a match maker. And I'm good at it.

Actually, now you're probably wondering who I ran into next. And actually, I didn't run into anyone else. I had the rest of the night just to myself (oh, and Zeus was there, of course ;) ) Ohhh, and you're probably wondering what happened. and let me tell you, in was the sweetest thing ever...

...and possibly the weirdest.

See, it kind of started with me bragging about my matchmaker skills ;) (Let's face it, VF, I have very good matchmaker skills)

Aaaaaaaand *drumroll* Then he kissed me C: IT WAS SO ADORABLE! And my entire thought process was like: A'SLDKFJAJDKDF;ALSKDFJG <333333333333333333 All of my rationality flew right out the window. (What? You say I never had any rationality? Preposterous. I am perfectly rational)

And yeah, I know I said it was weird. trust me, the kiss wasn't the weird. The weird part was when I turned around and saw some guy staring at us in the corner. He was only there for a few seconds, but I was able to snap a picture of him before he ran away.

And then, I blinked, and he disappeared into thin air. and I was like WHOA! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?! Anyway, the rest of the night went normally. No creepy dudes followed me back to my dorm or anything. But when I got there, I found a note on my back (how anyone I knew missed that, I have no idea. I plucked it off and read it.
