My dog Kakao is sensitive to the touch. When you touch her paw, and shes not ready for it, she jerks back wildly, then ignores you for the rest of the day. Obviously, she doesn't like it, so, any tips on how to get a dog to be less sensitive to the touch?

Okay I'm not the expert of the experts or anything so don't like get all mad at me. This is just a suggestion after all.

Maybe petting her, and physically touching her paws or coat might make her used to it after a while...I don't know.

That's the thing. I've tried that. And if you cuddle with her, or are near her, she has to be touching you. Maybe its a personality thing, idk.

My mum is living with me for a bit, which means the princess Madison is staying with us as well.
The chaos this morning of Link and Doakes wanting to greet her was insane. Madison is glomped to Doakes cause he's her little knight and body blocks her from Link when he starts to get a little too bouncy for her liking.
Eth, how you live with three min pins amazes me. My mums and Doakes are a handful! But totally adorable.

I'll see if I can get some decent pictures of them all tonight or tomorrow. My mum declared that since Madison is her little princess, Doakes is a prince and Link is the royal jester. >.<

To be honest with you the only real problem I have is how much they love to BARK BARK BARK when someone comes to the house or someone decides to walk past our house when the screen door is open and they see them. Oh my goodness, SO LOUD. Especially Remy. Remy is so so so loud. He has an ear-piercing bark.

Also they're all food obsessed -.- At least it means I know what motivates them. Muhaha.

Jacques has been a total ANGEL these last few days. He doesn't mind being in the soft pen at all. As a treat, we took him for our Sunday outing yesterday which he enjoyed immensely. There was a local market on in the hills in one of our most picturesque villages so we got to walk around and enjoy the sights and smells. He loved it because we were stopped a bunch of times (he's the smallest so he gets the most attention) and he received many pats. I was pleasantly surprised that most people knew he was a Min Pin as I usually get "oh, what a cute Chihuahua".

Actually he would be a perfect pup if he wasn't a marker. So I'm REALLY hoping I can break him of this particular bad habit. I'm also thrilled to say that ever since he's been in lock-down, the other two haven't peed in the house anywhere.

Really cute! My cat, Tiger just attacked Latte. They just play fight but sometimes they get a little rough. Pepper just barks and bounces around.

Took Chase in for a cytology on a lump the suddenly appeared on his face. Came back fat/blood cell(s) not mass cell, so relived c: my vet also said after being poked some lumps shrink and go away, happy lab dance.

Im so incredibly tired. I was given three deer carcasses for dog food and im just finished portioning. I think I started at 7 and here at 11 im done. Ugghh. My dogs are so lucky I love them.

My poor freezer didnt even want to shut. Sigghh

Would a raw diet cost more than what I'm spending on the outrageously expensive BBW? I'm definitely looking into a raw diet, but idk if we can afford it right now.

A lot depends on how well you can source. I have 125lbs of deer and 40ish lbs of beef in my deep freeze, all free. I refuse to pay over a dollar a lb for chicken or turkey, unless organ. I can source pork for around 1.50 per lb. Now.. together my dogs eat 3lbs a day together, on kibble they eat a lb between them and I pay 1.60 per lb of kibble.. so unless im sourcing at 55cents ish a lb on raw its not cheaper.

Try having 4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 rabbits, 6 rats, 1 hamster, 1 turtle, 1 axolotl, and 6 fish and ALL of them are your responsibility 100% lol xD That's my life! But I wouldn't trade them for the world!

And thanks Cardinal. We pay $60ish for a bag if Wolf's food and $20 for a bag of Kiba's (I can't remember how much cans are...$3 for Kiba and $5 for Wolf?). One bag lasts Kiba a little over a month and one bag lasts Wolf 3ish weeks. One can lasts about 1-2 weeks each. So we spend...nearly $100 on them a month O.o
