Emily nodded. She led him to a couch and sat down. She snuggled into his side. She started to doze off tiredly. She wasn't really used to staying up late because she had a young child.

I put my arm around her and drearily watched as the other couples continued to dance. I smiled. Tonight had been a great night.

She wiped her tears and realized that she forgot her book on the bench. that meant she had to walk past will and Jessica. more tears came as the entered the dance again and walked past them to go and get her book.
