the car stopped completly, frozen in the traffic. she shivered, her lips were blue, she could see in the mirror.

"Why did the car stop?" Maya said.

A black cat bounced onto her lap. 'him to.' she thought at grim. she almost laughed when the cat jumped into grims arms, her laugh turned to a coughing fit. the cobra had turned around now.

Skull the black cat let out a hiss off annoyance. this new person, the one he sat on, smelled like sweat. he licked a paw swiping it over the boys ears trying to clean him.

Grim slow got her out trying to be sneaky about it. He got the cat too. Once she was out Grim carried her as he ran off.
