I looked around camp my burgundy eyes glaring at anyone who dared share eye contact with me. Licking my black and dull red maw, I watched the wolves around me. Being a Poison Wolf, I wondered how winged wolves took their gift for granted. Sure, having poison at the tip of your tongue was cool, but I wanted to be the one soaring above clouds.

I growled lowly under my breath, unsure what to do. Flapping my beautiful feathered wings, I took off and went into the sky. Circling camp, I observed the wolves in it carefully. We seemed pretty content at the moment, and nothing important was going on. When eyes switched up and into my direction, I landed in the right smack dab middle of camp. I trotted to the wolf guarding, sitting next to him so I could 'help.'

I sat down, folding my silvery wings neatly on my back. My green eyes were watching, learning as I observed nature before me. A bird was chirping nearby, ruffling its feathers to stay warm. A small brook was nearby, trickling water with a low ringing sound. Sighing, I stared down and at my paws, shifting them as I listened to the bird's song as it filled my ears.

I let my leathery bat wings cover my legs, laying on my side. It was a crisp morning to say at the most, and every time I exhaled, you could see my silver breath. Shaking my fur, I stood up, the side I was laying on's fur was tingling as the cold air rushed to greet it. Inhaling and exhaling, I peeked out of my den, my head high with dominance as I observed my pack's humongous camp.

My wings were tucked roughly on my back, as if locking as they refused to move, even when I walked. As I did walk, the occasional brown or red feather on my wing flew off, creating a trail of beautiful feathers. I paid no attention, standing taller as I sat next to a small pond. Dipping my paw in, the tadpoles inside scurried away, causing me to rumble with amusement.

Ice Sat in the corner of two rocks leaned against each other, sulking. His gaze narrowed, hazel eyes flicking around the camp.

Shark ran through the forest, long muscular legs pushing against the earth. "If I could just...FLY!" Shark growled aggressively and ran faster, pushing and pushing. The elk weaved between the trees, Shark always just behind.

Jay walked out of camp, her large wings tucked neatly at her side's. She saw a clear path to the cliff edge just near territory borders in her mind. Her eyes narrowed, and she smiled. She bolted off in the direction of the cliff, running as fast as she could. Wind tugged at her blue and black fur, branches whipping her side's. She ran right off the cliff, wings tight by her side. She dropped down, and just before she hit the water, she opened her wings, twice as long as her body, and flew just above the water. She gently put her paw tip in the water, causing a v ripple in the calm water.

I padded about the camp, glancing up at the presence of Javen. Nodding respectfully to him I shifted my bat like wings, both tails wagging slightly. There wasn't much to do around the camp but I had just returned from a solo hunt and decided to relax around camp.

I paced just inside the camp entrance, scenting every so often. I wasn't sure what I was waiting for but I couldn't help it. I felt like something was up.
