I'll enter!! Does the horse have to be boarded somewhere before we can compete?

Also is it only true horse breeds or can we compete with...for example these? Dracquus

Being boarded somewhere is optional to give everyone a shot of entering ^^

The Dracquus can enter if you (since your the species owner) give permission for them to!

Who Can Enter?
Note - True breed horses are allowed. Example; Thoroughbreds, Mules, Shetlands,
Only rule is must have a reference drawn by you.

What does this mean? Do you have to draw your horse to be able to join the competitions, or is that only for the individual events?
