As a result he has found meditation to be helpful.

willow is the name of this quiet, beautiful young fae.
aged two and a half years. her status as a
subordinate has allowed her to show
remarkable skill, despite her youth. she can run
swiftly and has a high IQ, although she hardly speaks
up or makes her opinion known. this shyness came from
her puphood, having been born to a jealous loner who
envied willow's beauty. this made her the target for
her relentless abuse, constantly being reminded that
she was worthless and never could be loved.
eventually, willow escaped, but her past had wounded
her heart, causing her to become diffident; insecure
about herself and doubtful of everything she did.
still recovering from her past, willow is reluctant to
the idea of love, but what she needs is a wolf who
will love her for who she is and accept and comfort her.
