Yes items are alright, but no big ones:

Okay: Necklaces, tail braces, other horse items
Not okay: Dresses, Full Body Outfits, and Powers (wands and wings)

Markings: a big white blaze, 1 sock (left front leg), and 2 stockings(back legs)
Hoof color: Dusty Brown with one cream hoof on the leg with the sock
Eye color: Hazel Brown
Mane and tail color: Light Flaxen
