With her friend being off in his depressive world, she decided to take a hunt. More or less, she was aiming for one of those speedy lizards. She was craving meat that didn't taste salty, maybe a guinea pig would do. It was a shame though, the squeaky things were very cute and fun to watch.

He continued to lay in the shade, tail flicking back and forth in frustration. It was a wonder where this 'voice of reason' was when he needed it, but Thunderhaze hadn't returned from that hunt still. "That's what I get for making friends exclusive..." He scoffs slightly, gazing around camp.

"Let's head back," Firestar told his small hunting party.

Standing, he finds himself relieved they'd gather up again. He felt with being away from camp so long he'd miss something one of these days. Still, they met up and everyone safe as he headed back camp.

Firestar took the head of the patrol, carrying his prey. Upon seeing the commotion, he quickly deposited it in the pile and padded towards the nursery. "What's going on?"

Adderstrike watched his brother leap around like a little fox cub who had found a piece of prey.

Stripedfang pranced around the clearing, cheering.

Splashfrost chuckled. Her brother was such a kit!

Viperfang looked into the nursery.

"Oh, thank Starclan you've all returned safely." She says happily, flicking Thunderhaze's ear with her tail. "What's going on? Purpleflower as given birth to four healthy kits, though hopefully poor Lionfang isn't overwhelmed about his new family." She adds on at a low mutter.

"Wow, really? Four?" It was a fairly large litter in his mind, having been born an only child and most of his friends being from a litter of three or less. It was nice to hear things were settling as planned.

Coralpaw looked in the direction of the nursery.

Shadedleaf smiled and slowly padded out to give them some privacy.

Silentpool then chose the crab she'd caught earlier and settled down to eat.
