It yelped and then snapped it's teeth at Finchpaw's face, it's rank breath billowing around him and it used it's paws to scratch at him.

He coughed from its breath and blindly bit at it. He felt his claws meet his skin and hissed in pain, blood dripping on the ground.

The fox-
It yelped again, spinning in a circle and lashed out a couple times at the Tom before picking it up in it's jaws,biting down hard.

He fell with a thump dazed but amazed that Ryepaw could sleep through this. He felt a bone break when he got kicked but got backed up and bit down hard at his paws then jumped on his back.
